For a photography class, we had full reign for our last project. I decided that I was going to make something beautiful. I was not going to apply meaning to it or force others to see that meaning. I wanted to focus purely on visuals and on color. The result was a set of five photos of various red holiday candies and decorations.
Another photography project that I absolutely fell in love with... We were to photograph the landscape, human-made, natural, or a combination of the two. I wanted to focus on the greenhouses on campus and their sterile nature. The results were three photos crisp in subject matter and fresh in color.
After following hundreds of black artists of all mediums on various social media platforms, I've developed a somewhat infographic-esque poster of just a handful of the amazing artists I admire. The poster is also for sale here.
